Our RCC Library has Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 6th ed. at Reference Shelves.  If you are interested to consult this book, please copy its call number-REF BF76.7 .P83 2010, and locate it on the shelves.   Or you can consult a brief notes of APA documentation style prepared by LaGuardia Community College Library.
